Casts

Jake's orthopedic "team" decided that casting his legs would be more effective, time wise, than taping, which could require many return visits.  Casting them for week, they hope, will nip this in the bud and we're done.  As mild as Jake's case of metatarsus adductus is, we were surprised by this recommendation, but decided to follow their lead.  After all, it can't hurt anything and, if it prevents any trouble for him in the future, there's really no choice to be made.
He had them casted today and he's doing so well, especially considering he's been sick all week!
