tubes it is

Jake's appointment with the ENT specialist, Dr. Bouknight, was this morning and, as we suspected she would,  she recommended putting in tubes.  John and I both feel good about it and hope that the tubes will help Jake like they have helped so many children we know. 
We go in Wednesday, August 22 (the day before his birthday), but don't yet have a time scheduled.  They said the recovery is easy, so he should be good to go for his birthday and for his party that Saturday!
