He fussed at the beginning of the service, so I took him out and came back in when it was time. By then, he was as good as gold and was bright eyed and bushy tailed for his big moment. He was looking at the pastor the whole time we were standing up there like he was really listening to what he was saying! And he was tugging at the sleeve of the pastor's robe, too, which was funny.
We can't thank everyone enough for coming to celebrate Jake and our commitment to raising him in a Christian home.
John's mom and dad were so nice to let us host a lunch at their house afterwards. It was a BEAUTIFUL day and we just had so much fun being with everyone! Thanks, everyone, for everything!
