numbered are the days of putting Jake on his blanket in the den with his toys and just sitting and watching him play. for about a week, Jake has been doing some version of an army crawl and he gets quicker and quicker every day. this morning i left him on his blanket in the den to get some coffee from the kitchen. 20 seconds later, he was across the room chasing his mountain dew bottle (his new favorite toy). It won't be long at all before he's moving at lightning speed and we won't be able to turn our backs for a second! I'm a little nervous!
