Edisto 2014

We joined John's mom and dad at Edisto last Wednesday and got back today.  Johns aunt and uncle are so nice to have let us stay in their beautiful home while they were traveling and we had a great time!  Jake had a blast and I have to say that the beach was a bit more fun with him this year than last.  Last year, he was not quite two and was, as they all are, a bit of a flight risk, so it was a little less relaxing.  This year, he totally enjoyed the sand, shells, and water.  His favorite things were riding the golf cart, walking the creek, digging, and getting the ocean to "chase him".

First golf cart ride of the trip.

Friday night we went to the USS Yorktown for the CCA auction
to see Roy do the auctioneering and it was a lot of fun.

I was so proud of Jake for being so well behaved for so long.
